| dc.description.abstract | The aim of study is economic analysis and conveys capital structure as well as annual activity results by examining broiler enterprises of KÖY- TÜR Holding in Kızılcahamam included İn a "closed integration system" put in the practice after 1993 by KÖY-TÜR Holding. According to Closed Integration System, enterprise rents producer's facility and services with a contract and makes payments for these services related to technical performance (TL/kg). In this case, inputs provided to producer and broilers produced are goods of enterprise. While the feed cost has 70,51 percent as the highest ratio, the chick cost has 16,56 percent in the total cost at observed farms. | dc.description.ozet | Bu çalışma ile Kızılcahamam ilçesinde, KÖY-TÜR Holding'e bağlı faaliyet gösteren ve KÖY-TÜR'ün 1993 yılından itibaren uygulamaya koyduğu ve 'kapalı entegrasyon sistemi' olarak adlandırılan entegrasyon sistemi içinde yeralan broiler işletmelerini inceleyerek ekonomik analizini yapmak ve bu bağlamda sermaye yapıları ve yıllık faaliyet sonuçlarının ortaya konulması hedeflenmektedir. Kapalı entegrasyon sistemine göre şirket, kontrat çerçevesinde üretici tesis ve hizmetlerini kiralamakta ve teknik performansa (TL/kg) bağlı olarak bu hizmetlerin karşılığını üreticiye ödemektedir. Bu durumda üreticiye temin edilen girdiler ve üretilen broilerler şirketin malı olmaktadır. İncelenen işletmelerde toplam masraflar içerisinde en yüksek payı % 70,51 oranıyla yem alırken, civciv maliyeti % 16,56 pay almaktadır. İşletmelerde saf hasıla 2,32 milyar TL, brüt kâr 3,00 milyar TL, tarımsal gelir 2,55 milyar TL bulunmuştur.ANAHTAR KELİMELER: Ekonomik Analiz, Kapalı Entegrasyon Sistemi.
