| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, Kastamonu el sanatları geleneğinin eşsiz bir örneği olanEvrenye bıçağı merkeze alınmıştır. Çalışmada sadece el sanatı ürünü olarak Evrenye bıçağı değil, aynı zamanda bu ürünün icracıları ve onları ürünle ilişkileri de önemsenmiştir.Çalışmanın birinci bölümünde araştırmanın konusu, amacı, önemi,araştırmanın yöntemi ve çalışmada kullanılan bu yönteme ait teknikler açıklanmıştır.İkinci bölümde, çalışmanın kavramsal ve kuramsal çerçevesi çizilmeye veçalışmada kullanılan terimlerin ve tercih edilen akademik perspektifin açıklanmasına çalışılmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde ise bıçak ve ustaların hayatları ile ilgili geçmişi, şimdiyi vegeleceği bir arada görmemizi sağlayan alan araştırması kısmına yer verilmiştir. Bubölümde, araştırma alanının tarihçesi, Kastamonu, İnebolu İlçesi, Dibek KöyüBıçakçılar Mahallesi’nin sosyal ve fiziki koşulları ve Evrenye bıçağının yapımaşamaları, yapım teknikleri ve onu farklı kılan detaylar irdelenmiş, bölüm sonunda daEvrenye bıçağının icracısı olan ustalar ve onların gözüyle bıçak anlatılmıştır.Sonuç ve değerlendirme bölümünde ise bıçağın hikâyesi ve anlamının anayurdu olan ustaların belleğinde ve anlam dünyalarındaki yeri ile alıcısının gözünde neifade ettiği odağa alınmıştır.AbstractHe present study is centered upon Evrenye Knife, a unique example of thehandcraft tradition in Kastamonu. The study deals not only with Evrenye Knife as anartifact, but also the creators and their relationship with the artifact.The first chapter of the study introduces the subject, purpose, significance ofthe study along with the method of the study and the techniques applied in relation tothis method.In the second chapter, it was sought to outline the conceptual and theoreticalframework of the study and the academic perspective that was followed.The third chapter presents the fieldwork enabling us to see the past, presentand future facts on the knife and the daily routines of the creators. This chapter alsoincludes a brief history of the field of study, social and physical environment inKastamonu, İnebolu County, Dibek Village and Bıçakçılar District providing detailson stages of production, techniques applied and the distinctive qualities of the knife.Finally, the chapter tells the story of the creators and, in their own words, the knife.The conclusion chapter ventures to sum up the history of Evrenye knife and itsplace in the recollections of the creators -which has always been the first home to itsvarious meanings- and in their inner world of meaning, and what it signifies in theeyes of its buyer. | |
