Acil servise başvuran adli olgularda tekstil yüzeyi ve aksesuar değerlendirilmesi konusunda sağlık personelinin bilgi düzeyinin belirlenmesi

| dc.description.abstract | Hastanelerin Acil Servisleri adli olguların en sık görüldüğü birimlerdir.Acil servislerde görev yapan sağlık personeli adli olguyu ilk gören ,ilk iletişime geçen ve laboratuvar örnekleri ile ilk temas edenlerdir.Bu yüzden, adli olgular ve olası adli deliller konusunda hassas ve dikkatli davranmalılardır. Bu çalışma acil servislerde görev yapmakta olan sağlık personelinin adli olgularda tekstil tekstil yüzeyi ve aksesuar değerlendirmesi konusundaki bilgi ve deneyimlerini değerlendirmek amacıyla tanımlayıcı olarak yapılıdı. Araştırma Ankara'da Sağlık Bakanlığı Gülhane Eğitim Araştırma Hastanesi ve Ankara Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Hastanesi acil servislerinde 01 Haziran – 31 Ağustos tarihleri arasında yürütüldü. Araştırmamıza 88 gönüllü acil servis personeli katılmıştır.(doktor,hemşire,yardımcı sağlık personeli) Acil servislerde ilk yardım müdahalesi sorasında adli olgulardan ve/veya adli olgu niteliği taşıyan vakalardan çıkartılan delil ve/veya delil niteliği taşıyan kıyafetlerin ve her türlü aksesuarın (atkı, şapka, gözlük, çorap, kravat, şemsiye, çanta…) ,cinsel saldırı olguların da hastanın kıyafetlerine bulaşmış kan ve vücut salgılarının tespiti, elektrik çarpmalarında kıyafetlerde meydana gelen giriş ve çıkış deliklerinin tespiti, ateşli silah yaralanmalarda hastanın kıyafetleri çıkarılırken dikkat edilmesi gereken önemli noktalar, kıyafetlerde meydana gelen mermi giriş/çıkış deliklerini tanımak ,adli ve/veya adli nitelik taşıyan tüm tekstil yüzeyi ve aksesuarların tespiti, saklanması, korunması ve ilgili birimlere teslim edilmesi konusunda yapılan araştırmanın analiz sonucuna göre Adli Olgularda Delil Ve Delil Niteliği Taşıyan Eşyaların Toplanması ve Muhafazasına Yönelik Bilgi "Kaç yıl önce adli tıp eğitimi aldınız?" sorusuna göre farklılık göstermektedir (p<0,05). Ortalama puanlar incelendiğinde 5 yıldan fazla zaman önce adli tıp eğitimi alanların Adli Olgularda Delil Ve Delil Niteliği Taşıyan Eşyaların Toplanması ve Muhafazasına Yönelik Bilgi düzeyinin daha yüksek olduğu görülmektedir. Sonuç olarak acil servislerde çalışan personelin öncesinde adli tıp eğitimi almış olması delillerin ve/veya delil niteliği taşıyan kanıtların tespiti, toplanması, korunması ve ilgili birimlere iletilmesi konusunda etkili olduğu görüldü. | dc.description.ozet | SUMMARY Determination of Knowledge Level of Healthcare Personnel on Textile Surface and Accessory Appraisal in forensic cases who admitted Emergency Service The emergency services are the units of the hospital in which the forensic cases are most seen. The emergency service health personnel are the first ones who see the case, contact with the related person and the laboratory samples. Because of that, they must behave carefully and be sensitive about forensic cases and possible evidences. This research was made in emergency services of Ministry of Health Gülhane Education and Research Hospital and Ankara University Medical School Hospital in Ankara between the dates July 01 – August 31. 88 volunteers among emergency service personnel participated in our research. (Doctors, nurses and assistant health service personnel) According to the analysis result of the research about "the identification of any kind of clothes and accessories (scarf, hat, glasses, socks, tie, umbrella, bag etc.) which are provided from the forensic cases and/or forensic-bearing cases after the first aid in emergency services; identification of blood and body secretions provided from the clothes of the victim in sexual attack cases; identification of entry and exit holes on the clothes of the patient in electric shock cases; identification of the important points which need attention while taking of the clothes of the patient and bullet entry and exit holes on the clothes of the patient in gunshot cases; identification, preservation and delivery to the responsible units of any kind of evidence or evidence bearing textile surface or accessories"; The Information About the Collection and Preserving of the Evidence and/or Evidence-Bearing Materials differs according to the answer of the question " How many years ago did you complete the forensic medicine training?" (p<0.05) When the average points are analysed, it is observed that the level of The Information About the Collection and Preserving of the Evidence and/or Evidence-Bearing Materials is higher for the persons who took the forensic medicine training earlier than five years ago. As a result, it is observed that the emergency service personnel who took a forensic medicine training before are more effective about the identification, preservation and delivery to the responsible units of the evidence and/or evidence bearing materials.
